AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($152,250.00) from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for professional services required for
stormwater management planning in the annexed portion of the
District's service area, Contract E-362.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) toward the total
costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money shall be returned to the Subdistrict Planning
Fund, and
WHEREAS, various municipalities located within the area
involved with the aforesaid stormwater management planning have
also agreed to contribute toward the total costs of said services;
upon the receipt of any funds from said municipalities for said
services, said money shall be returned to the Subdistrict Planning
Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand
Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($152,250.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for professional services
required for stormwater management planning in the annexed portion
of the District's service area, Contract E-362.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
