AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-363 with Booker Associates, Inc.
for professional services to prepare Floodway/Flood Boundary Maps
consistent with data currently available from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the annexed portion of the
District's service area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-363 with
Booker Associates, Inc. for professional services to prepare
Floodway/Flood Boundary Maps consistent with data currently
available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in
the annexed portion of the District's service area.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
