AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Dollars ($723,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 483 (Old North
Maryland Heights) C-922, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Dollars ($192,000.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of
the District, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Five Hundred Thirty-one Thousand Dollars ($531,000.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the General
Fund of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Dollars ($723,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Subdistrict No. 483 (Old North Maryland Heights) C-922, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
