AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company, a Division of McCarthy Brothers
Company, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 501 (Pagedale Laterals #2) C-907, in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT :
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company , a
Division of McCarthy Brothers Company, as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
501 (Pagedale Laterals 2) C-907, in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of October,
1982, and formally executed on the 9th day of November, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 24, 1982.
