AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Candlewyck
Estates Phase One, a Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements originally recorded in Candlewyck Estates Phase One
as recorded in Plat Book 156, Pages 50 and 51, which
now lie within Spring Creek Condominium Plat Three as
recorded in Plat Book 214, Page 73, all of St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 24, 1982.
