AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Essex
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Interim Wastewater Plant
(Arnold Lagoon), Contract LM-01, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Essex Contracting, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of Interim Wastewater
Plant (Arnold Lagoon), Contract LM-01, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of July,
1982, and formally executed on the 16th day of November, 1982, by
said contractor and the Executive Director and the Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 24, 1982.
