AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 24 of Corporate Square No. 3, a subdivision, in St. Louis
County. Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion of
said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Part of a 10 foot wide easement dedicated to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District in Book 6712, Page 140 of the St.
Louis County records, being a tract of land in Lot 24
of Corporate Square No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 18,
Pages 88, 89, and 90 of the St. Louis County records,
in Section 36, Township 48 North, Range 5 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri and more particularly described
as follows:
Starting at a point which from the intersection of the north line
of Lot 24 and the west line of Corporate Square Drive,
50 feet wide, bears north 21o 48' 36" west 24.05 feet to
a point, thence south 82o 44' west 5.72 feet to a point,
thence south 28o 51' 22'' west 231.09 feet to said point
which is the point of beginning of the said tract of
land herein described: thence south Oo 48' 30" west
10.63 feet to a point; thence south 28o 51' 22" west
131.16 feet to a point; thence north 89o 11' 30" west
11.33 feet to a point; thence north 28o 51' 22" east
155.25 feet to a point; thence south Oo 48' 30" west
10.63 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1982.
