AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Ten and 09/100 Dollars ($26,310.09) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for the District's share of the cost for the
construction of the Pebble Hills Outfall Storm Sewer to alleviate
basement flooding conditions in Mackenzie Hills Subdivision, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4466, adopted August 12, 1981,
authorized the District's participation in the construction of the
aforesaid storm sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Ten and 09/100 Dollars ($26,310.09) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for the District's share
of the cost for the construction of the Pebble Hills Outfall Storm
Sewer to alleviate basement flooding conditions in Mackenzie Hills
Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1982.
