AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Thirty-two
Thousand Dollars ($32,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for the purchase
of certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for future
development of the Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the purchase of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for future development of the Coldwater Creek Treatment
Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1982.
