AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to purchase from the owners thereof certain real property
in St. Louis County, Missouri, for future development of the
Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer of the District are hereby authorized to purchase from
the owners thereof, the following real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, for future development of the Coldwater Creek
Treatment Plant, at a price not to exceed Thirty-two Thousand
Dollars ($32,000.00), said property to be free from all
encumbrances, said property described as follows: Part of Lot 10 of the Subdivision of Lydia Musick Tract in U. S. Survey 104, Township 47 North, Ranges 6 and 7 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and recorded in Book 1565, Page 9 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to them
by said owner of a General Warranty Deed in proper form, being
free from liens and encumbrances, conveying title to the said land
to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer shall be and are hereby
authorized and directed to pay to said owners, for the said land,
the total sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars ($32,000.00).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 15, 1982.
