AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($315,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for the rehabilitation of existing combined sewers
in Rocky Branch Sewer Rehabilitation (S-1941, C-934), in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($315,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for the rehabilitation of existing combined
sewers in Rocky Branch Sewer Rehabilitation (S-1941, C-934), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
