AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for
emergency sewer repairs and engineering at South Broadway and
Fillmore, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs and engineering at
South Broadway and Fillmore, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an
appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
