AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 2 of Contract E-295 with
Havens and Emerson, Inc. for the cost of continuing Step 2
engineering services for the design of trunk sewers and interim
treatment facilities in the Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand
Glaize, Fishpot, and Kiefer Creek Watersheds. (Part of Federal
Project No. C-290875-02).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 of Contract E-
295 with Havens and Emerson, Inc., for engineering services for
the design of trunk sewers and interim treatment facilities in the
Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand Glaize, Fishpot, and Kiefer
Creek Watersheds. (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875-02).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
