AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-368 with Fruco Engineers, Inc.
for professional services pertaining to the District's storm and
sanitary relief projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-368 with
Fruco Engineers, Inc. for professional services pertaining to the
District's storm and sanitary relief projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
