AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for the purchase of all the outstanding capital stock of
the Valley Sewage Company, a Missouri Corporation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of all the
outstanding capital stock of the Valley Sewage Company, a Missouri
Corporation.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
