AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the emergency
construction of a retaining wall in Grant's Farm, Gravois Creek
(S-2049), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Village of Grantwood, Missouri will
participate in certain phases of said construction; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the emergency construction of a retaining wall in
Grant's Farm, Gravois Creek (S-2049), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
