AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the emergency construction of a retaining wall in
Grant's Farm, Gravois Creek (S-2049), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the emergency construction of a retaining
wall in Grant's Farm, Gravois Creek (S-2049), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of December,
1982, and formally executed on the 21st day of December, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1982.
