AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction.Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Channel Repairs No. VI (Balson & Duke Sec. II) S-1939, C-935, in
the City of University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Channel Repairs No. VI (Balson & Duke Sec. II) S-1939, C-935, in
the City of University City, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
2nd day of December, 1982, and formally executed on the 14th day
of December, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
