AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Four Hundred
Forty Dollars ($8,440.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Watkins Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Claudine Drive No. 1764 (S-1884, C-931), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Four Hundred
Forty Dollars ($8,440.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Watkins Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Claudine Drive No. 1764 (S-
1884, C-931), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
