AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights
across a portion of an easement owned by The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to the State Highway Commission of Missouri
for the purpose of construction of a new bridge on Macklind Avenue
over the River des Peres in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District an instrument
subordinating certain rights across a portion of an easement owned
by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the State Highway
Commission of Missouri for the purpose of construction of a new
bridge on Macklind Avenue over the River des Peres, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The instrument as authorized by Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
