AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
for professional services for the evaluation and design of energy
systems to utilize waste heat generated at the Lemay Treatment
Plant, Contract E-371.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for professional services for the
evaluation and design of energy systems to utilize waste heat
generated at the Lemay Treatment Plant, Contract E-371.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12. 1983.
