AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-371 with Engineering Energy
Management, Inc. for professional services for the evaluation and
design of energy systems to utilize waste heat generated at the
Lemay Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-371 with
Engineering Energy Management, Inc. for professional services for
the evaluation and design of energy systems to utilize waste heat
generated at the Lemay Treatment Plant.
Section Two. The Contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
