AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($19,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
for professional services for the evaluation study of District
headquarters facility and grounds at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, Contract E-372.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($19,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for professional services for the evaluation study
of District headquarters facility and grounds at 2000 Hampton
Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, Contract E-372.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
