AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-372 with The Hoffman Partnership
Inc. for professional services for the evaluation study of
District headquarters facility and grounds at 2000 Hampton Avenue,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-372 with
The Hoffman Partnership Inc. for professional services for the
evaluation study of District headquarters facility and grounds at
2000 Hampton Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1983.
