AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($6,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Subdistrict No. 629 (Berry Road at Highway I-44 Sanitary
Extension) C-930, in the City of Oakland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Missouri State Highway Commission has
agreed to contribute all of the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($6,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 629 (Berry Road at
Highway I-44 Sanitary Extension) C-930, in the City of Oakland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1983.
