AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Commerce
Avenue (S-1833, C-916), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Commerce Avenue (S-1833, C-916), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of December.
1982, and formally executed on the 11th day of January, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 26, 1983.
