AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Township 44
North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement in Township 44 North, Range 5 East and recorded
on February 19, 1980, as Daily Number 67 in the
Recorder's office in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 26, 1983.
