AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Bellerive Country Club Grounds in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate said portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for such portions
of said subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
The seven and one-half (7.5) foot easement along the South line of
Lot 15 and the seven and one-half (7.5) foot easement
along the North line of Lot 6, excepting from each the
Easternmost fifteen (15) feet and the Westernmost seven
and one-half (7.5) feet, all of the above in Bellerive
Country Club Grounds, as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page
91 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 16, 1983.
