AN ORDINANCE, transferring Seventy-four Thousand
Dollars ($74,000.00) from the Mississippi River General Fund,
Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer
Revenue Fund, and Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, to the General Fund of the
District; and appropriating One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
administration of the District's Energy Management Program, to
include Demand Subscription Investigation and Energy Information
System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-four Thousand Dollars
($74,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi River
General Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars
($19,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the District for the administration of the District's
Energy Management Program, to include Demand Subscription
Investigation and Energy Information System.
Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 16, 1983.
