AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contact with Gilstrap & Associates,
Incorporated for consulting services for the District's Energy
Management Program, to include Demand Subscription Investigation
and Energy Information System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gilstrap &
Associates, Incorporated for consulting services for the
District's Energy Management Program, to include Demand
Subscription Investigation and Energy Information System.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 16, 1983.
