AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($15,550.00) from the Mississippi River
General Fund for the evaluation and design of a feed/storage
system for the incinerators at the Bissell Point Treatment Plant,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($15,550.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River General Fund for the evaluation and design of a
feed/storage system for the incinerators at the Bissell Point
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 16, 1983.
