AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 1, 2
and 3 of Block 2 of Heege Hills, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement over an abandoned 30" x 40" storm culvert
running in a southwesterly direction from the North
line of Lot 1 to the South line of Lot 3 of Block 1 of
Heege Hills, a subdivision recorded in Book 24, Page 14
of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 16, 1983.
