AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company of St. Louis for the construction of storm
sewers in Frieda Avenue #305 (S-1834, C-926), in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company of St.
Louis, as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of
storm sewers in Frieda Avenue #305 (S-1834, C-926), in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of
January, 1983, and formally executed on the 8th day of February,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 23, 1983.
