AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to the
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel Department for
current expenses of said Department for the remainder of the 1982
- 1983 fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
Department for current expenses of said Department for the
remainder of the 1982 - 1983 fiscal year, as hereinafter detailed:
Personal Services . . . . . . . . $30,000.00 Administrative and
General. . . . 40,000.00
$ 70,000.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 23, 1983.
