AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Progress West
Plat No. 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of the Southwest Fractional 1/4 of Section 22, Township 46 North Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot "G" of "Progress West Plat No. 2", as recorded in Plat Book 120 Pages 66 & 67 of the St. Louis County Records, thence South 89o 50' 35" East 217.44 feet, thence South 00o 09' 25" West 165.83 feet, thence South 89o 24' 37" East 19.68 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence North 00o 35' 23" East 10 feet, thence South 89o 24' 37" East 158.71 feet, thence South 00o 35' 23" West 10 feet, thence North 89o 24' 37" West 158.71 feet to the actual point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
