AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
for professional consulting services for the development of cost
allocation plans in conformance with Federal requirements for
District projects which receive Federal Funding.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($16,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for professional consulting services for the
development of cost allocation plans in conformance with Federal
requirements for District projects which receive Federal Funding.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
