AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with David M. Griffith and
Associates, Ltd. for professional consulting services for the
development of cost allocation plans in conformance with Federal
requirements for District projects which receive Federal Funding.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd. for professional
consulting services for the development of cost allocation plans
in conformance with Federal requirements for District projects
which receive Federal Funding.
Section Two. The Contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
