AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Ann, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot easement along the South line of Lot 17 of St.
Therese Gardens in St. Ann, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 43, page 13 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
