AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-375 with Horner & Shifrin, Inc.
for the cost of continuing Step 2 engineering services for the
design of trunk sewers and facilities in the Lower Meramec River
Basin - Marshall Road Pump Station, Force Main, and Interceptor
Sewer (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-375 with Horner &
Shifrin, Inc., for engineering services for the design of trunk
sewers and facilities in the Lower Meramec River Basin Marshall
Road Pump Station, Force Main, and Interceptor Sewer (Part of
Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
