AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-376 with Zurheide-Herrmann,
Inc., for engineering services in the Lower Missouri River Basin,
Step 2 design, value engineering, of the pump station, force main,
and interceptor trunk sewer in the Creve Coeur Creek watershed, in
St. Louis County, Missouri (Part of Federal Project No. C-291148).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for the engineering of said program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-376 with Zurheide-
Herrmann, Inc., for engineering services in the Lower Missouri
River Basin, Step 2 design, value engineering, of the pump
station, force main, and interceptor trunk sewer in the Creve
Coeur Creek watershed, in St. Louis County, Missouri (Part of
Federal Project No. C-291148).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1983.
