AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Hawk Point
Excavating for the construction of storm sewers in Myron Avenue
No. 6500 (S-1763, C-948), in the Village of Velda Village Hills,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Hawk point Excavating, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Myron
Avenue No. 6500 (S-1763, C-948), in the Village of Velda Village
Hills, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
February, 1983, and formally executed on the 8th day of March,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1983.
