AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 4 of the Subdivision of MEHLER ESTATE in Township 43
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT :
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
That East and West ten (10) feet wide sewer easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Book 7417, Page 2305 of the St. Louis County records,
excepting the western ten (10) feet thereof, also excepting there-
from that portion of said easement coinciding with that sewer
easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by
deed recorded in Book 7470, Page 522 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1983.
