AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title. or interest of
the District in a vacated alley in City Block 548 of the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
subject vacated alley, and this District has no further use for
this vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described vacated alley:
The North-South alley in City Block 548 from the South line of
Carr Street to the North line of Cole Street in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1983.
