AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase
of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri
for the construction of a sewage treatment plant to serve the
needs of residents of the Grand Glaize Watershed in the Lower
Meramec River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of a certain parcel of real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of a
sewage treatment plant to serve the needs of residents of the
Grand Glaize Watershed in the Lower Meramec River Basin.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1983.
