AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the costs
of printing copies of plans, specifications, and results of
subsurface conditions for the general contractors, subcontractors,
and general consultants, and cost of advertising for the Step 3
construction of the Grand Glaize Creek, EPA Project No. C290875;
and Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase II, EPA Project No. C291148.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the costs of printing copies of plans, specifi-
cations, and results of subsurface conditions for the general
contractors, subcontractors, and general consultants, and cost of
advertising for the Step 3 construction of the Grand Glaize Creek,
EPA Project No. C290875; and Caulks Creek Contracts, Phase II, EPA
Project No. C291148.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
