AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Westwood
Club Drive No. 19 (S-1910, C-953), in the Village of Westwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Westwood Club Drive No. 19 (S-1910, C-953), in the Village of
Westwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
March, 1983, and formally executed on the 22nd day of March, 1983,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
