AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Geyer &
Steeplechase (S-1905, C-958), in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Geyer
& Steeplechase (S-1905, C-958), in the City of Frontenac,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of March,
1983, and formally executed on the 22nd day of March, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
