AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 1 and 7 in Millfield, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject portion of a sewer
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: A part of a 10-foot easement described in Book 4868, Page 529 of the St. Louis County Records and also shown on the subdivision plat of "Millfield", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily Number 229 on March 27, 1980 of the St. Louis County Records and the portion of the said easement that is to be vacated is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said "Millfield"; thence; Eastwardly along the North line of said Lot 1 North 89 degrees 59 minutes 49 seconds East 93.24 feet to the intersection of said North line with centerline of said 10-foot easement described in Book 4868, Page 529 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Southwardly along said centerline South 13 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds East 7.20 feet to the actual point of beginning of the portion of said easement to be vacated; thence South 13 degrees 34 minutes 56 seconds East 207.01 feet, South 29 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds East 212.14 feet, and South 23 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 201.18 feet to the point of ending from which the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of "Millfield" bears South 43 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds East 29.60 feet according to calculations by Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. February 25, 1983. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
