AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-295 with
Havens and Emerson, Inc. for Step 3 engineering services for
Interim Wastewater Plant (Arnold Lagoon), Contract LM-01, Federal
Project C290875-03.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-
295 with Havens and Emerson, Inc., for Step 3 engineering services
for the Interim Wastewater Plant (Arnold Lagoon), Contract LM-01,
Federal Project C-290875-03.
Section Two. The Contract Amendment authorized in
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
