AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-seven Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($57,200.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Jefferson Barracks Bridge Sanitary Re-
location (S-1162, C-632A), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-seven Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($57,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engi-
neering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs in-
curred in connection with such construction project, in Jefferson
Barracks Bridge Sanitary Relocation (S-1162, C-632A), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1983.
